Our Salsa is a distinctive and flavourful dip made with a special blend of rescued veggies. Flash cooked at a very high temperature, the salsa remains crisp and fresh. The salsa can be used as a dip for any finger foods, as an accompaniment to Mexican dishes like tacos, fajitas or quesadillas, and–of course–in a classic pairing with tortilla chips. To add a spicy kick to the standard salsa and tortilla chip combination, pair with Roots Radical Fermented Jalapeno Sauce! By-products of our Salsa production were upcycled into Roots Radicals Tomato Seasoning, Onion Seasoning, and Candied Citrus Peels.
