Roots Radials strawberries are made during the peak of the season from surplus regional organic strawberries. Softly steamed with some vanilla and sugar, the strawberries release their own liquid to make a delicious syrup that later preserves them as well. The fruit remains whole and is perfect to eat on its own or accompanied by ice cream. Likewise tasty as a pie filling, brownie topper or as an unexpectedly sweet twist for salads and stews. By-products from our strawberries were upcycled into vinegar, strawberry kombucha and strawberry syrup.
