Everything until the final order remains non-binding.

1 — Send an inquiry

Start by sending us a short email.

Tell us a little about the bag you imagine:
size, purpose, how you want to use it.

You don’t need to know all the details yet.

2 — Personal conversation

We will contact you to schedule a call.

In this conversation we talk about:

how you plan to use the bag

what you carry every day

which proportions feel right

special needs or wishes

This step helps us understand your bag before it exists.

3 — First sketch & proposal

After the call, Philipp prepares:

This gives you a clear picture of the bag and its dimensions.

4 — Two refinement rounds

You will have two feedback rounds to refine the design.

We adjust proportions, details, or features until the bag feels right.

Only when everything feels exactly as it should do we move forward.

5 — Final order

Once you confirm the design, the bag can be ordered and produced.

Until this point, everything has been completely non-binding.

Now your bag begins its journey into craftsmanship.
