Returns

You may return shipment of the merchandise without giving reasons within a period of 14 days. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for embossed/personalised items.

Should you make use of your Right of Withdrawal, we bear the charge for the return costs if the merchandise delivered corresponds to the merchandise ordered. (We will send you a return delivery slip after you have informed us about the cancellation of the sale contract).
We ask you to return the goods to us in their original packaging and in new condition. Thank you very much. 
If you withdraw the contract, we refund the amount for the item you have purchased, the shipping costs excluded. We will refund within 7 working days after we have received the product back in our stock.
